I asked one of the workers if He could check my po box since I forgot my key at home. He told me sure just provided the id matching the name on the box which I did. He looked at it for a bit making it seem he was going to go get my mail. Instead he comes back saying I have to buy a new key if I want him to check it. He literally tells me sure I can do it and comes back saying something else. All he had to say was, sorry I am not able to do that of the get go and I would understand like ok no problem. Instead he decided to waste my time and try to make it so I buy another key while I thought he was going to retreive my mail. Never had a problem with the post office ever but that just rubbed me the wrong way.

Make sure to get a tracking number on every single package, including gifts sent from family and friends. At least half the time I get notified a package is here, they say they don't have it. Have to push them to search for it even if the package arrived a week before.
