    USPS : Subject: Urgent: Package Stuck at Los Angeles International Service Center Since August 29 - No Response from Yolanda Post Office Message: Dear USPS Customer Service, I am writing to formally report a serious service issue concerning my international package from Ukraine. Tracking Number: CV061827869UA The parcel was shipped on August 21 and arrived at the Los Angeles International Service Center (USPS) on August 29. Since that date, there has been no movement or update whatsoever. The tracking continues to show "In Transit," with no further progress for over two months. I have made multiple attempts to start a "Missing Mail Search," but the USPS website consistently freezes during the submission process, making it impossible to file the request. Over the past three weeks, I personally visited the Yolanda Avenue Post Office several times to speak with the Postmaster Monica. She never came out -- always reported as "in a meeting" or "at lunch." The supervisor, Maria, took all the details and stated the package was "at customs." However, I later received official confirmation from customs that they never received this package. Since then, my follow-up visits have led nowhere. The supervisor is often "off," "in meetings," or "unavailable." The staff simply avoid communication and offer no assistance. This has now been ongoing for over two months, and I am unable to file an investigation, obtain an update, or reach anyone who can help. I kindly ask you to initiate a Missing Mail Search on my behalf and provide any possible update or escalation contact. I also request a formal case number so that I can follow up properly. Lauran was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful—she went out of her way to make sure I understood everything and got exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really felt like a valued customer, and the service I received was excellent and worth every minute. I highly recommend this location, especially if you get to be assisted by Lauran!”

    If I can do million stars - I’ll do for Laura🤍 I don't know how, but this beautiful woman understood that I was going through a difficult time in my life. She said - she proud of me. My mom didn’t say that in my 30 years. Laura helped me quickly, explained everything and I feel amazing just because visited usps for 10 minute. I love the people who makes u feel u have a flowers inside ✨

    one of the best post offices in the california state . I have lived in east coast for about 15 years and a couple years in los angeles . although the location is busy the emplyees are always welcoming nice polite and helping us . even if there is big line they work fast and even applogisze for wait . but they always are the best no matter what and smiling and do their best . i have been there so many many times always i am satisfied and i want to thank the employees . thank you

    I called in and I was having issues with my package being returned to “insufficient address”. Makes no sense first off. The guy who picked up the call was really rude, didn’t care to help. He immediately said the supervisor will call me. He kept directing any of my questions to the phone call with the supervisor. And when I asked what hours Is the supervisor available ? He gives me 9-11am. I follow up to question him that the supervisor is off then? And he tells me oh no he’s only in this office during those hours. And again tells me the supervisor will call me. Overall not helpful, and was rushing to get me off the phone and redirecting me to the supervisor with every question I had.
