    Horrible experience picking up a package for my wife. Made it so difficult. Not using this store again. Plenty of other options.

    They wanted to charge me $30 for holding a pickup package that I had ordered online and selected to be delivered to their store. The UPS website never mentioned this fee. When I pointed this out to the staff, he admitted that they don't say it for packages sent to that location on their website, but still said I had to pay!!!!!! I called the store and reported this issue!

    This is honestly the best branch of UPS. I'm doing a lot of returns and generally working with UPS in different areas, this is by far the best store. I don't know how they choose their employees but they are all so awesome. It's a super busy branch and they keep such a positive vibe and stay very efficient and helpful. shout out to all of their workers. David is really the best. He is lighting up the place!

    The service is excellent. The person who helped me was so kind and helpful, I only wish I had her name. I've used this store previously, and the service is always the best. 5 stars is not enough, they set the bar for excellency! Thank you for a job well done.
