- SSSarahDec 9, 20251.0Notices are not being provided to package recipients in a timely manner when their items arrive at the post office. Employees have been threatening to return packages for having an “incorrect address,” even when proof is shown that the address is correct. They are also threatening to return packages after one week, despite not informing customers that the packages have arrived or being unable to locate them. I have filed a formal complaint with the District of Consumer Affairs.

- CNCobey NashFeb 9, 20231.0Maybe the worst post office in the country. I had a package delivered there at 11:00am this morning. I got a notification saying it was on hold at the facility. I went in a 12:30Pm to be told that the package was already returned to sender, even though it clearly was not. The guy would not look for the package and just said it was my fault for not putting my PO box number down. While yes I should have put my PO box # down I obviously did not expect my package to be shipped via USPS, and was unfortunate enough to have that happen. The package was at the facility still but the guy just didn't care enough to look. Also even when I do put my PO box # in the address field, packages go weeks at a time between when they arrive at the facility and when they are ready to pick up. They are constantly loosing packages as well.
