Jane is unaware of damages as I'm in WV and can't contact her yet, but she contacted me on her day off (Saturday) when she received my e-mail of "lost pkg" to say she was definately looking into this to try and find out what happend and would get back to me. As promised, she contacted me on Monday to let me know pkg was found and being delivered today. Jane (last name unknown, but I think a mgr or supervisor IS A GEM!! Her care of customers even though I wasn't in her area and her time on her day off and her amazing personality. WINNER!! Thank you for having such an amazing person working in Sutter, CA Post Office.
