Recently, I visited this place to apply for a passport. The passport officer was busy handling tasks, but the waiting line was a bit long. However, he continued to work diligently and meticulously handle tasks. I thank him for his hard work. If you want to apply for a passport more quickly here, you should prepare all the passport application documents before visiting here. 1. U.S. citizenship certificate, and photo ID (certainly both the original and copy) 2. one passport photo 3. a passport application 4. a check or money order for payment of processing fees (payable to "U.S. Department of State") 5. a check or money order or bank card for payment of USPS facility acceptance fees. If you prepare the above application materials in advance, you will be able to complete everything within 10 minutes. Once again, thank for the hard work of the passport application officer here.

Vicky was so helpful in helping me get an issue regarding customs! I had originally gone to the 94087 location, however the worker there stuck on the customs label incorrectly, resulting in it being sent back to me. If not for her help, I would have had to pay for 2 international shipping costs, but I got a refund on my returned package, and only paid for one package.

Dear USPS Customer Service, I am writing to formally request support and a refund regarding a package I mailed from the Mountain View Post Office on October 16th, addressed to Houston, TX. I used the self-service kiosk, and the receipt indicated that the package would be delivered to the recipient’s home by October 19th. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered to the recipient’s home as promised. Instead, it was delivered to a kiosk location, which caused a significant inconvenience. The recipient is a senior citizen who relied on these supplies urgently and had to make special transportation arrangements to retrieve the package. When I contacted the Sunnyvale Post Office to request a refund for the delayed and misdelivered shipment, the manager refused to cooperate. He declined to provide the correct spelling of his name (which I believe may be Preete G.) and spoke in an unprofessional and dismissive tone. My issue was never properly addressed, and I did not receive the assistance I needed. This experience was both disappointing and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and accountability. I respectfully request that USPS review this matter, issue a refund for the service that was not fulfilled, and take appropriate action regarding the manager’s conduct to prevent similar experiences for other customers. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt response.
