Kate was incredibly kind and gracious - she let me in early and helped me process my package. I truly didn’t mean to make her start her shift early, but she was so welcoming and helpful. Her kindness and excellent customer service really made my day and took a lot of stress off my shoulders.

He pays over $250,000 a year to ship through UPS as a partner. All I needed to do was use their scale. I paid a fee to have them print the labels. Not really any extra work for them and it’s their job?? When I came in, The owner of this store got very aggressive and told me he wouldn’t be helping me next time. He raised his voice and was very mean. For a business owner to speak to a customer like this blows my mind. Maybe he got up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning, but that is still not an excuse.

My friend who lives overseas uses them as a post box and comes by every year to pickup mail. I have been very satisfied with the service throughout the decades.
