The service in this location got from okay to ignorant as if employees are not willing to do the job.
I stopped by to order holiday postcards printing over the weekend. Employee asked me to come back on a week day between 10 am and 4 pm. Came back on Wednesday at 3:20 pm and it seems that they have no idea what a postcard even is and refused to provide this service. If you are not able to do it, please remove the ad about it from the wall.
Thankfully, another UPS store is just 8 minutes away from this one and I got my order processed there promptly.
Horrible staff, super lazy, i had a big box of stuff (40 lbs) i wanted to ship and they refused to take it. Wanted to charge me 27 dollars to wrap it in a “better” box which of course i refused. Complete lazy scam of a employees with horrible service. I went to another ups 3 blocks down and they took it immediately which just shows how horrible these staff members are. Disgrace of a ups store, this was 11/18 on tuesday night with the older lady. I understand that she didnt want to carry the box to the back but this is not the way we approach customers. Please do something to fix this and I will be complaining to headquarters.
(edit since i cannot directly reply to this): I suggest u guys update your training to ups standards. If I was able to receive this box from UPS via online purchases as well as ship the box with no problem at all at another UPS store a few blocks down, maybe its you guys who need to update your training to UPS standards. Again what a horrible excuse in an attempt to sell boxes and packaging material to customers; as seen in the many other complaints brought up in other reviews. Even when we suggest improvements you guys choose to blatently ignore the viewpoints of customers. I will be taking these complaints to headquarters. Thanks.
