I found this unreasonable and had to leave the store to buy the exact same roll of tape for only $5.49. After sealing the box and waiting in line (behind three customers), eventually when it was my turn, another staff member informed me that I could have used the self-service kiosk for drop-off since I had a QR code, which causes me unnecessary long wait time in line. The purpose of a carrier store is to facilitate shipping, not to create obstacles and push overpriced accessories. This experience showed a complete lack of customer care.
