My company needs this document asap so it was shipped last week with overnight delivery. They made two delivery attempts in the past few days without even call me for the access code. So I called their customer service yesterday to hold the mail at the office. She told me she handled everything and I could pick it up by the end of the day, but later I learned she didn’t do anything. So I went to the office last night and it wasn’t ready, and I went this morning only to be told by this aggressive woman that I need to put it on hold,while they could’ve told me last night. And when asked if she could help me with that, she went no you have to call the customer service. One week overdue and I still can’t get this urgent document for the company.
