Then after I made arrangements to pick it up after one day which was the next day. I got sick that day and couldn't come I came the day after that and calling customer that day said I can come pick it up and when I did with the hour of the call went and attempted will call. I was rudely treated and was told it was returned to the shipper. That is straight up disrespectful toward a 100 present service connected disabled veteran, and federal employee retired tobe treated this way, I find it uncalled for. Thank you I will never do business with you.

No other Fedex driver has had trouble finding the mail room with a huge sign labeled "mail room" at the address listed. Dude hit "incorrect address" so I walked around and he had already left. Fedex told me on the phone that I could pick it up at this location at 6:30 pm and I made sure to have the sender release the restriction on holds with the ticket #. I show up, nothing. The manager first lies saying attempted delivery 3 times, but I know I specifically stayed home today to receive this expensive package, not to mention 3x is ridiculous when it was in Oakland just yesterday. He has me wait 20 min while they look for it. Ok, he says sorry about that I'll take down your number and you can pick it up later tonight when he's back, even if it's a little after closing. So I wait around the area, get an email it's ready 3 hours later, and no one is there. Waste of my time. UPS pays their employees better and it shows tbh. UPS's Overnight is actually Overnight, and their priority is actually priority. Don't trust FedEx with your important business.
