- YYyyDec 30, 20251.0There’s a new guy who is writing my shipping labels, and he clearly lacks proper training. I’m not sure why he keeps writing the shipping address incorrectly multiple times. He even puts the city and state in the middle of the street name and apartment number. I asked him to update it, but he insisted the address was correct. In the end, I had to give up and ask another lady who works here to manually correct the shipping label. This caused a severe delay to my package.
