I thought he is coming back but then i saw it got marked( business is closed). I don't know how a massive dealership in Stevens Creek with 10 customers and employees inside (gate open/ lights on/ people walking everywhere) is noticeable as a closed business. Glad I took a picture. Probably because of rain driver didn't want to get a little wet. Anyway i won't need the pills for my trip anymore... too late

However, the most disappointing part of this experience was how the front desk handled the situation. After multiple missed delivery promises (Friday, then Sunday, then Monday, then Tuesday), I went to the DHL front desk to ask for clarification and resolution. Rather than checking the package status and see what caused the delay or why the package is on hold, the front desk staff were dismissive and uninterested in helping. When I expressed my frustration about waiting for multiple delays, the staff threatened to call security to remove me instead of addressing the issue. Using security as a way to shut down customer concerns—rather than resolving a problem DHL created—is completely unacceptable. Delays happen, but threatening customers instead of providing service shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer respect. I’m writing this review so others know what kind of front-desk treatment they may encounter here.

All the 3 times the delivery was delayed at the facility in Sunnyvale for no reason. All the 3 times the parcel arrived and stayed in the Sunnyvale facility without any updates on the tracking system. I tried to call the phone number and although the service point was open, they never picked up the phone. Very bad service, we pay a lot and this is not the quality we expect.
