- A姜天兆Feb 26, 20261.0I thought FedEx got issues, DHL is the worst! I was on a urgent matter, before 10, they told me they are not open, a staff met me says I’m not even on my clock. Then at 10, they don’t open. I went to the dock and they don’t offer help. I see they’re just doing their jobs. And I don’t think this attitude works in this profession. Now is 10:15. I’ll keep going. The front desk sounds like a killer saying how can I help you. Anyway they are not trying to help. Just do your job.

Missed delivery of a time-sensitive package is frustrating in itself, but lying to customers is really the cherry on top. I wish more companies were up front about their shipping services, because I wouldn't order from anyone who uses DHL.

I thought he is coming back but then i saw it got marked( business is closed). I don't know how a massive dealership in Stevens Creek with 10 customers and employees inside (gate open/ lights on/ people walking everywhere) is noticeable as a closed business. Glad I took a picture. Probably because of rain driver didn't want to get a little wet. Anyway i won't need the pills for my trip anymore... too late
