you can't deliver my packages and leaving notes to call and rearrange deliveries but it's impossible to reach you because that stupid robot so because of that I can't get my packages for days
Phone customer service and actual delivery service do not share the same information. I would not rely on phone customer service.
Online service does not allow any options/changes for delivery.
This location has no phone number, so a person needs to drive here in order to get any information.
The customer service at the location needs customer service training.
Overall, bad experience with this particular package.

I ordered this item and it arrived in the morning. I was awake and at home at that time. The courier came, did not knock on the door, simply took a photo of the door and left, then marked that no one was home. After that, I went to the post office to pick up my package. I do not have a local ID because I am an international student. I showed my passport, but I was told that they could not release the package without an ID. I want to say this is the worst delivery service I’ve ever used

Don’t waste your time, they’re so inept and do not care about you at all. I paid extra for overnight delivery service, and signed online ahead of time for drop off because I work (like basically everyone else on earth). The first driver didn’t bother to check if it had been signed for so he just took a photo of my front door and didn’t leave the package. I spent hours on the phone with the call center and they finally connected me to this warehouse. The warehouse manager asked ME to come pick it up, but I couldn’t because I was working, and frankly I have already paid extra for them to do ONE THING and that’s deliver the package TO ME. They finally agreed to send out another driver so I could get my package as promised. It was a phone and I needed to leave with it the next day. The app updates, it’s on the way with Abraham. Well Abraham must be the stupidest or laziest person on earth, because within 10 minutes he updated the tracking to undeliverable due to wrong address. Weird, because the first driver TOOK A PHOTO OF MY FRONT DOOR, so I know they have the correct address and they’re not so stupid that they can’t read, because they fully arrived at my house earlier that day and left photographic evidence. Abraham never called or knocked. Neither driver left a note. I’ve now spent two days trying to get back in touch with the warehouse so I can finally get my package delivered. I have already had to postpone my trip because of the laziness and ineptitude of the people who work at this location, and I still can’t get in touch with anyone. I never would have used FedEx because I have never once actually received a delivery on time or correctly, no matter the address, when FedEx is the shipper, but unfortunately the company I ordered from uses FedEx so I had no choice. If you can help it, avoid these people at all costs.
FedEx lost my package for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up. They had re boxed, and things were loose inside. Informed them that I need to see if anything is damaged inside before I signed for it. She would not let me and walked away. The other employee went and grabbed her again. She told me sign for it and do what ever u want. Since these were parts for work. I was not about to sign for broken parts.
Very Rude staff Samantha Gonzalez # 3767348. Worst part is I think she was training new employee. Horrible service , really need to improve customer serve.
