Roel helped us, and he was excellent—kind, efficient, and clearly experienced. We had a 2:00 PM appointment, arrived exactly on time, and were completely done by 2:12 PM—that even included taking my daughter’s passport photo! We were also able to do the money order on the spot, which made things super convenient. I highly recommend this location for any passport or post office needs. Just make sure to schedule an appointment—it's absolutely worth it. Also, I recommend filling out the passport application online and printing it out ahead of time to speed things up even more. Great service all around!
