- MBMatthew BrownJan 4, 20261.0Idk who you have delivering to my area today but I went to the office to wait for my delivery, on my day off mind you, only to get a message saying attempted delivery failed. Which means that the driver did not even attempt to deliver my package as they should have. If they had actually tried they would have seen that my offices front door was completely wide open and that I was sitting there waiting on them. I absolutely needed my package today. This wasn't an "I can wait for tomorrow" thing. I am outraged. Not once have I ever had an issue with USPS or UPS, even freaking On-Trak I never had an issue with. Its always only FedEx that gives me issues in this building. This isn't the first time FedEx's driver has dropped the ball and I doubt it will be the last but at least I hope someone from the main hq sees this issue and addresses it.

Said customer service rep via phone gave me incorrect instructions. she had attitude and was extremely rude and wouldn’t help me investigate why my package was sent to their shipping center when delivered to the correct address on the label. She would not provide a physical confirmation, only verbally. I drove to the facility for no reason. Also they left me a voicemail previously and told me to call customer service which she claims they provided false info. There’s no number to contact this facility directly. A big waste of time.
