  FedEx lost my package for 2 weeks. When I went to pick it up. They had re boxed, and things were loose inside. Informed them that I need to see if anything is damaged inside before I signed for it. She would not let me and walked away. The other employee went and grabbed her again. She told me sign for it and do what ever u want. Since these were parts for work. I was not about to sign for broken parts. Very Rude staff Samantha Gonzalez # 3767348. Worst part is I think she was training new employee. Horrible service , really need to improve customer serve.

  Waited at home all day for the delivery it never came. Driver never left any notes stating That deliveries were attempted on previous occasions my very expensive package was returned. The irresponsibility and non professional service is beyond acceptable.

  Package delivery keeps being delayed. My package has been held here and in Indiana for multiple days at a time. What’s special is fed ex is now hiding the history of this package. I was promised delivery Friday. The date keeps changing and I’m being told my package is “Delivery exception - Future delivery requested” and it will now be delivered Tuesday. Meaning I’ve waited 15 days for a package. No reason for this, i did not request a future delivery. I am also delivering this to my work which is open 9am - 9:30pm meaning there is no reason this package wouldn’t be accepted. I can see in the history that it’s been at this location for 2 days but has not moved. Why? Fed ex is continually a source of frustration and when it’s an option, I use any other service. I cannot stand the way FedEx operates with over promising delivery dates and then under delivering consistently every single time.

  Idk who you have delivering to my area today but I went to the office to wait for my delivery, on my day off mind you, only to get a message saying attempted delivery failed. Which means that the driver did not even attempt to deliver my package as they should have. If they had actually tried they would have seen that my offices front door was completely wide open and that I was sitting there waiting on them. I absolutely needed my package today. This wasn't an "I can wait for tomorrow" thing. I am outraged. Not once have I ever had an issue with USPS or UPS, even freaking On-Trak I never had an issue with. Its always only FedEx that gives me issues in this building. This isn't the first time FedEx's driver has dropped the ball and I doubt it will be the last but at least I hope someone from the main hq sees this issue and addresses it.
