- BBBlakeOct 31, 20251.0Sick and tired of usps. They cant drop off my mail at the door. Yet they can fill your mailbox with ads and trash. My mailbox has been broke for a few months now and every single time I pick up here its 1 person at the counter and a 30 minute wait. We need a better solution than usps.

The claim process took forever with the seller so by the time I got the letter from the post office to file a claim it was too late. I made another purchase online and they (local post office) delivered it AGAIN to wrong apartment and the item is not replaceable. IM SICK AND TIRED OF WRONG DELIVERY!!!! This happened so many times

All of the new One lake residents have to drive 15 minutes to this post office to get our mail and then wait in line for 15 minutes and then wait for 15 minutes for them to bring our mail to us… Ridiculous… They could at least assign us post office boxes so we can get in and out. Our mailboxes have been set up for months. Now we have our keys but post office says still 2-3 more months. I don’t understand how an organization can be so incompetent. This is why we need more privatization and less government.

- RSR G SmithAug 13, 20251.0We're getting very frustrated with this post office especially when it comes to Hold mail service. For some reason their ability to handle a online Hold Mail request was broken over 7 years ago and they never bothered to fix it in all this time. Whenener we try to call in to request Hold Mail service we are always rudely told by a woman answering the phone that we have to come in and sign for it. This person knows that the system for this post office has been broken for several years and does nothing to forward a request to the head office to handle the situation. We are in the Cordelia area 10 mi away and this demand to drive over for a simple request is ridiculous, especially in 2025! Every post office in the country accepts online Hold Mail requests except for this one in Suisun which insists that you drive many miles to ask for it in person while standing in the line unnecessarily. If there is a supervisor looking at this please let us know who we need to talk to in order to get the system fixed finally!!
