My mailbox has been broke for a few months now and every single time I pick up here its 1 person at the counter and a 30 minute wait. We need a better solution than usps.

The claim process took forever with the seller so by the time I got the letter from the post office to file a claim it was too late. I made another purchase online and they (local post office) delivered it AGAIN to wrong apartment and the item is not replaceable. IM SICK AND TIRED OF WRONG DELIVERY!!!! This happened so many times

All of the new One lake residents have to drive 15 minutes to this post office to get our mail and then wait in line for 15 minutes and then wait for 15 minutes for them to bring our mail to us… Ridiculous… They could at least assign us post office boxes so we can get in and out. Our mailboxes have been set up for months. Now we have our keys but post office says still 2-3 more months. I don’t understand how an organization can be so incompetent. This is why we need more privatization and less government.
