After waiting for 5 of the people in line to be served, an employee motioned to me to a free-standing kiosk that I could serve myself. Which will come in handy the next time but not so much today.

It seems there is a surge of fake good reviews to wrongly promote their bad services. I prepared my return but by mistake put the label on the wrong box, then I took the return and scanned it in this store last month. Of course, the tracking was not updated as received because it was not there to scan. In any reputable store with decent staff, scanning wrong barcodes (serial numbers or whatever) will cause an error for non UPS new and active tracking code and they ‘ll let you know to fix the problem. The question, what did she scan? how did she issue a receipt? What happened to the package? When back to the store, they asked where is receipt? Receipt for what, they gave the receipt for non active wrong code and the receipt is already lost. In conclusion, DO NOT RETURN IMPORTANT ITEMS THROUGH THIS STORE. IF YOU HAVE TO, THEN DO IT YOURSELF THROUGH THE KIOSK. OTHERWISE TAKE IT TO ANOTHER TRUSTED STORE. Why? Because, it’s like throwing the item in trash, picking useless paper as a receipt and waiting for refunds from the trash! Why useless paper because the receipt must be on the correct tracking which was not there!

She had the nerve to to tell us that there were only allowing 3 customers in the store. Before we arrived there were more than 3 already so her enforcement of the policy was already questionable. I didn’t need a receipt, I just needed a spot to put the drop off, didn’t need attitude.
