  They don’t have a working phone number. When you call it says they don’t take phone calls. I attempted to call this morning to confirm that they do TSA pre-check at this location. I got the automated message that they don’t take phone calls. The website said they do TSA pre-check but listed no other information. When I arrived at 8:30am I was told the representative for TSA pre-check doesn’t arrive until 9:00am. It’s very frustrating to go to a place when you have limited time before work, to find you are going to have to wait for an extended period of time. They need to have a working phone number. It’s unacceptable to run a large corporation without a working phone number.

  I came here to get my document laminated. I have done this many times before in other stores of this same chain. But now they started asking me for my first name, last name, and phone number. I said that I don’t want to provide my personal information — I just need to laminate my document. However, they refused and told me that if I don’t give my phone number, first name, and last name, they won’t laminate my document. This is complete nonsense and absurd.
