  I had a really mixed experience at FedEx Office Print & Ship Center. On the positive side, the girl who helped me (I wish I remembered her name) was genuinely great. She walked me through everything from start to finish, was patient, and made the whole process smooth. Easily the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t match that level. A couple of the older gentlemen working there came off pretty grumpy and kept insisting customers had to buy an extra box when they actually didn’t. They were corrected more than once, but there was no acknowledgment or apology, which made it feel unnecessarily frustrating and a bit dismissive. The location itself is fine and gets the job done, but the inconsistency in service really stands out. Big appreciation for the employee who helped me—she’s doing it right—but the rest of the team could use a reset on customer experience.

  Stay away from this FedEx location like the plague! It has to be one of the worst run locations in the valley. There’s almost always a long wait because it’s understaffed. And, the staff that is there has no idea how to prioritize service. There is never a manager or, anyone in charge. Terrible!

  Angela was incredibly helpful getting a rush order together. I was confused about some of the price differences—but Angela worked with me and came up with a solution that worked. Incredibly helpful, and very kind.

  There is a reason this location has such poor reviews. I popped in today to ship a package and after waiting on the older Caucasian gentlemen with white hair and beard to finish telling his very inappropriate story to his co-worker he finally asked what I needed. My patience was expired at that point so I simply handed him my phone with my FedEx QR code at which point he very rudely said "what am I supposed to do with that?" Considering it's a FedEx code and he works at a FedEx I naturally expected him to use it to ship my product. This goofball should be in the back licking envelopes and not facing customers. 1/10 Will not go here again
