  I do my Amazon returns here super quick and easy. Staff is really nice and there is convenient parking in back and front.

  I’ve been getting my packages from this UPS location for 5 years and have become friends with the lovely couple who run the store. To say they are good people is an understatement. Not only do they run the store with absolute professionalism, courtesy, and respect, they do it with a smile and a wonderful, warm attitude. It’s gotten to the point where I genuinely look forward to picking up packages from them because it always comes with a dose of positive energy. I have seen rude customers berate them and behave like children, yet they always deal with these people with composure and class. Not a single misplaced package in 5 years, not a single hiccup or complaint. If you need a UPS location, this is THE one to go to.

  I shipped a large check that needed to be delivered next day. The person handling the transaction was juggling a phone call, another customer, and I. The day it was supposed to be delivered, the tracking number tells me they're still waiting to receive the package (I shipped it in store and they put a label on it right in front of me). Tried to call the store, their phone line listed on UPS official site is disconnected and doesn't take calls. I go into the store, the person pulls up the tracking number, looks at the status and shrugs saying that everything was picked up the day I shipped it. At no point did he actually look around or check. Then a two hour hold on UPS' customer support with no one ever picking up. This company sucks and has zero regard for any of their customers. I would rate them a zero if I could.
