Cassidy went above and beyond to help locate the package and kept me informed throughout the process. Thanks to her dedication and quick action, the issue was resolved much faster than I expected. I truly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service!
- MSMakeup Movies StorytimeJul 23, 20191.0I wish I could give this post office a zero I have had on going issues with my mail carrier delivering packages she always always marks my package as delivered or left with an individual and that is a total lie I have always been home when I expect deliveries and whenever I file a complaint I get a response saying that the carrier was correct this post office needs to be closed down and the manager is awful she’s no good at all The post carrier excuse for marking my packages as delivered is because she is in a hurry well that’s against the law if the customer never received their packages Disgusting unprofessional
