The older white lady stands there taking at least 5 minutes to log in while there’s clearly a long line, no sense of urgency whatsoever. They open at 10am but aren’t ready to help you until 10:15-10:30am… and they have their gates down and ready to close around 4:40pm. The Asian lady in the back doing customer service is so rude and ignores you. Every time I go to this location I have a terrible experience. Why work in a public service aspect when you can’t stand to serve people… let’s just say if they can’t leave on time they are super crabby and that’s practically everyday.
