- KSKassidy SullivanOct 14, 20251.0I would leave no stars but I have to leave some type review when they don’t even deserve the one star my packages will say delivered and the carry just happens to “forget” to put the key for the box at my apartment it happen more then one the blonde chick in the front is rude as hell I go and say the key wasn’t in my box she processed to have an attitude saying she has nothing to do with that and can’t help me request a refund in my opinion she needs to find a new job since she don’t have good one ounce of customer service niceness in her body

The way she talks is condescending and she has a power trip over making a joke out of you in front of the long line (that they always have). Would have never came here and will not ever do so again. She treated me like I was an idiot and it wasn’t a “little note” it was my information on a piece of paper that happened to be a return slip. GOD FORBID that I never shipped something before and made a couple of mistakes but thats why you work here Rosa, so you can help me right?

Went in with all proof needed and the big blonde white lady was rude even though I wasn’t being rude. Worst customer service ever. 0/5 stars for sure.
