This past week, we went to Disneyland and I forgot my prescription glasses. Moms out there understand how stressful it can be packing for your entire family. Therefore, I had my daughter-in-law shipped it overnight ($132.64) which did not arrive until the morning we were leaving (5th day). I took the unopen package in store and spoke to the manager. Vanessa and her team listened with compassion. THANK YOU Vanessa for going above and beyond to ensure I received my refund!
