- NZNani ZerausAug 15, 20251.0The store manager named "Petra" as in PETRAFIED SAID she could help me with an error msg I received after paying for a service at one of the printers, I was told to wait for the two customers in line to be helped first,no problem, she proceeded to help 3 OTHER customers first before disappearing to the back and then back and fourth between offices for the next 20mins, the new associate with the bangs was so sweet and helpful I really appreciate the help. As for "PetrA" she was happy to help other customers once I had been helped by the sweetheart with the bangs who kept apologizing for her management team.
