Patty did a great job. She finished all three passport renewals in less than an hour. She was efficient and polite at the same time. Thank you.

I have been at this same location for 15 years, and it has gotten very bad for the last 2-3 years, before that it was pretty good, no complaints. Francine, the so called "Post Master" is very condescending, and acts like I am lying to here. I called to tell them that the package never showed again for the 3rd time in 6 months. I never get a notice that they even tried to deliver, except my neighbors see him come to the door and not leave the package, or missed delivery slip. They never can find the package. One time it was found 20 days later 4 doors down at a neighbor. UNACCEPTABLE....of course, this is government so nothing will happen, no one gets reprimanded, and there is not one to complain to. Sad.....
