However, the passport clerk noticed a small error that we had missed. She was incredibly helpful and allowed me to correct the mistake on the spot. I filled out a new application, and even with the delay, she still took me in during my scheduled appointment time. I really appreciated her attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. The staff saw us standing there the whole time but didn’t say anything because she was busy chitchatting with a customer. And then they told me i was too late and they could only do one application ( we have two). If the time was tight, stop chitchatting and do your job.
