- EPEric PerretJan 22, 20263.0I had an appointment to submit a passport application and photo at 12:30pm. The person doing it was out for lunch and was not able to help until they got back. Why have appointments available at times when they cannot be fulfilled? The appointment went smoothly once it started. I also noticed it took over 7 days for the state department to receive my application. Not sure why this location was so slow in mailing it out.
