I received a package from Sweden and it had said delivered and it wasn’t outside and I was so worried about porch pirates even though we live in a safe neighborhood. I called to ask about it and the lady on the phone was super kind and contacted the driver immediately, tracked him down and he came back to my house within 10 minutes and apologized for the mixup in the holiday craziness, she called me back not 15 seconds after to confirm I received it. It was anxiety inducing and sad to think someone would steal something that fast (within 30 min of delivery) but USPS service was truly impeccable and both the lady on the phone and the mailman were so kind, helpful and apologetic. Mistakes happen especially around Christmas but it’s how they rectified it that matters. Thank you guys again! I wish I knew the lady on the phones name but she was great and super calm and got in contact with the driver immediately. 5 stars across the board.
