But outside of those specific issue my last visit was very pleasant, compared to many others. the only reason I’m giving a good review is because of the teller, teller 12 her name is Joanne, she gets five stars! She was so sweet and kind and very helpful. The lady who was helping me before just couldn’t figure out how to help situation and Joanne was quick to help-me and correct my address complications. I give her 10/10 for service and patience. Ps this place is VERY busy between the hours of 3-6.
