- AFA FisherSep 10, 20251.0I don’t typically write reviews, but I’m taking the time to write one today. I recently moved to Spring Valley from up north. I was excited to see a post office so close to my house. Especially since my dad just retired this year after 40 years of service with the USPS.However, I must say I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here. I’ve been to this particular location multiple times and every employee in here in rude. You will stand in line while the employees have conversations. I’m now learning you need to either provide or purchase your own tape and they don’t just print labels, but they are always rude, smug. They do not want to help customers and it’s clear they all hate their jobs. I will continue to tell everyone I know not to patronize this particular store.

I have been concerned of why a bank card and checks that I ordered hasn't arrived within 15 days from it being sent. I spend all those days waiting for the mail and until now, nothing. I wanna know is spring valley mail getting lost or backed up being delivered? If not , is mail stolen? June 7, after 4pm. Clerk Ray flirts with another male in Tagalog giving great service. Then I get Ray, I look Filipino, my mother half Filipino. I ask for address forward card? He claims he can't even if it's for my roommate that works 4am to 5pm. Nope not nice to me. Tells me it's the rule. Spring Valley ...why did I move here??
