- AFA FisherSep 10, 20251.0I don’t typically write reviews, but I’m taking the time to write one today. I recently moved to Spring Valley from up north. I was excited to see a post office so close to my house. Especially since my dad just retired this year after 40 years of service with the USPS.However, I must say I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences here. I’ve been to this particular location multiple times and every employee in here in rude. You will stand in line while the employees have conversations. I’m now learning you need to either provide or purchase your own tape and they don’t just print labels, but they are always rude, smug. They do not want to help customers and it’s clear they all hate their jobs. I will continue to tell everyone I know not to patronize this particular store.

The while filling out the form the worker said that if I didn't finish the form in 2 minutes that I would not be able to send the package today. He kept hurrying me to finish the form then told me that I had 20 seconds left to finish it. I figured that I needed another minute or two, so I stormed out of there saying that they were ridiculous and did not get to send my package.

I have been concerned of why a bank card and checks that I ordered hasn't arrived within 15 days from it being sent. I spend all those days waiting for the mail and until now, nothing. I wanna know is spring valley mail getting lost or backed up being delivered? If not , is mail stolen? June 7, after 4pm. Clerk Ray flirts with another male in Tagalog giving great service. Then I get Ray, I look Filipino, my mother half Filipino. I ask for address forward card? He claims he can't even if it's for my roommate that works 4am to 5pm. Nope not nice to me. Tells me it's the rule. Spring Valley ...why did I move here??
- AAAnonMay 2, 20171.0The experience I had with one older female employee here has stopped me from ever returning. A man was in front of me with a cardboard tube mailer. I saw it sitti g on the counter and didn't notice anything special about it. When he got to the counter and handed it to the woman she gave him the most awful face. She asked him if he was ever taught to was his hands because the tube was "covered in grease stains" I could visibly seem maybe one to 2 small smudges far from covered in grease. He then mentioned his son and been playing with it since it resembled a sword. She then told him that he should teach his child manners and to clean up after himself. He then informed her that his child was developmentally challenged. To which she replied that was no excuse and his child should learn to wash his dirty little hands. I was honestly disgusted and chose to leave rather than have to deal with her.
