- GJGabriel JDC3 days ago1.0I came here for a Live Scan and the service itself was fine, but the checkout experience felt misleading. After finishing, the employee asked if I wanted the documentation emailed to me. I agreed, assuming it was standard. When it came time to pay, I was charged extra fees: a copying fee, a scanning fee, and a tax for something I was never told would cost extra. When I questioned it, the employee said their boss requires them to add those charges without mentioning the cost upfront. That made the whole interaction feel deceptive and profit-driven. Just a heads up to double-check what you’re being charged for so you don’t end up paying for services you didn’t actually request.
- JWJanice WongAug 16, 20251.0Do Not use lamination service at this location. Your photos or documents will be ruined and will not be salvageable. I am very sad and feel silly trusting their words. I wanted to preserve some precious photos of my kids, and silly me asked the staff if they laminate photos. Staff said yes, and it’ll take 20 mins to complete the job. I left the store and returned to laminates with bubbles all the photos. Staff said it’s just the way it is because of the photo paper. We attempt to peel off the laminates but it’s not possible. If one photo looks crappy like that, they should STOP proceeding with rest of them. Yet, they continued knowing there is problem and it’s not reversible. I pressed more and staff said they have no experience laminating photos. To store owner— if your staff are not trained, or if you know you cannot laminate photos. YOU NEED TO MKE A NOTICE IN THE STORE THAT SAYS “WE DO NOT LAMINATE PHOTOS” and PLEASE TELL YOUR STAFF!!!!!!!!! I know it’s hard to run small business but this review is essential before another family lose their irreplaceable memorable photos.
