A delivery driver to the zip code 94404 on 11/21/2025, you are the best and you are my saver. After a long week, on Friday I FORGOT / left two backpacks 🎒with laptops and everything at 1850 Gateway Dr, San Mateo parking lot. After 3h, I was out of town when I realized that I forgot my backpacks. Thankfully, one FedEx driver took them to a safe hand, and today I got both of my backpacks 🎒 safe and sound from this South City FedEx facility. If he didn’t take it, I am not sure whether I would be able to get it back or not. Thanks again

Instead of asking the office manager to sign for it, she goes straight to the package room 10 feet away and posts 20 door tags and leaves. The status changed to “business close or nobody available to sign”. That’s bogus because the office manager is always there. After it’s signed, it can also be stored in a package locker or given directly to the manager. Joan does this again the next day but instead of attempting delivery, she just doesn’t show up but marked as missed delivery again. If she had shown up, she would’ve seen the door tags with all signed with “have office manager sign”. It’s unbelievable how unreliable this is. We have important packages we need in a timely fashion!
