  Very disappointing experience. My print order was done incorrectly three times, and I was still charged for it. The service was unprofessional, and the manager showed a very disrespectful attitude toward customers. At times, the behavior felt discriminatory and uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this location.

  Great service! But FedEx changed the copy machines in the Pasadena area. In August the copy machine would close my session before I was done. Today that issue was resolved. However, the feeder copied only the bottom half of the 8X11 document, and it kept jamming. I had too many documents to do it manually. I moved to a different machine and somebody else’s work printed. So I paid for that… very annoying. I guess it’s better to scan the documents at home and then print them from a USB DRIVE if I really need a paper copy. Love Kinko’s, but not so much now.

  The store associate Anthony walked up to me and asked if I needed assistance. I was immediately pleasantly surprised by their customer care. After telling Anthony my issue, I went to the front desk and Susan was more than helpful. Susan came in clutch for me when I needed it most. They both deserve a raise.
