I had gone there 5 days ago and the lady working up front seriously needs to work on her attitude and learn how to be more personable when dealing with customers.

- AHAlly HenderJan 12, 20261.0Such an inconvenience when the delivery driver doesn't want to deliver your package so marks the delivery as "customer requested to pick up" WHY WOULD I CHOOSE THAT OPTION IF I PAID FOR A DELIVERY FEE!??!?!?!!? im calling and im FINALLY placed on hold and it says "5 minutes" its been 32. minutes!!!! At least be accurate!!! And I was told "maybe snow is in the way? I said yes, that's what I thought but they definitely left my Amazon box on the pile of snow yesterday.. so that makes no sense. Its like they pick and choose when to do that. Such an inconvenience
