Then, when I walked up, she started to get frustrated with me because my order didn’t fully fit in the bag I picked out. Then she said lets hope you dont have to come back. Overall one of the worst experience I’ve had, and the worst person with customer service. Hoping shes the last person i have to have help me
- CSCean SiegelDec 24, 20181.0Bryan and Diana both need to learn how to handle Customer Service. I had to reroute a package so my brother could pick it up from this location. Upon arrival, Bryan stated that they didn't have the package despite the fact that I had it sent there specifically. When my brother explained the situation and that it should be there, he wouldn't even take a look for him in the back, stating 'it was a waste of his time.' He sent him to the main post office instead. This led to an hour of wasted time as the main post office eventually confirmed the package was back at the Emerald Road location. This was obviously frustrating, but when my brother returned, Bryan was incredibly rude and swore and even threatened him under his breath. There was no apology, and the manager Diana told essentially told my brother to get lost. Even upon returning after cooling down, Diana would not acknowledge that they had an issue and seemed to think my brother was in the wrong. I didn't pay $26 for this sort of service, and I will continue to look for ways to rectify the situation. Anyone who has a choice should avoid this USPS location at all costs.
