I own a small business and our regular lady was re-routed and I know how under-staffed they all are, but whoever is making these routes or running this branch something needs to change. Ever since they took her off our route our whole business block is not receiving packages during business hours, they're constantly be re-scheduled for the next day and the next day its re-scheduled because they again came after business hours. Our old driver was such a hard worker and stretched thin so I understand why they took her off our route. Our new person can never make it on time which is probably because he is stretched thin too. Its just so bad and I need these packages for my business, so I am rating the service of this branch as a 1 as a result.
