I've been shipping with USPS for 6 years now as a small business. This is by far the worst USPS location we've had the displeasure in working with. They refuse to come pick up claiming they don't have enough staff for the routes. So now we drop off packages in the back. One of the workers will yell at us when we get there before 5PM saying it's too late, come earlier next time. Same thing, 430PM is too late for them. Same thing 4PM is too late for them. Same thing 330PM is too late for them. I know trucks come at 530PM - prior we'd drop off 5PM, after 5PM with no rudeness or complaints. We had already been dropping packages off at 4:45-5:10PM without issues up until 1-2 months ago. Lastly, in the last 3 weeks - my god - these USPS workers are just throwing whatever they want into random trucks. Packages are getting lost, not scanned in for weeks. We've received 10 packages from FedEx in less than 2 weeks - meaning this USPS location is just randomly tossing stuff into FedEx trucks and we'll get them back 1 week later (thanks FedEx) a big no thank you by USPS. We've attempted paid pick up - no show. We've attempted to work with the reps in the area - not helpful. We've attempted to work with the post master here - excuse after excuse. The staff attempt to help but they can only do so much when management limits them. We can't wait to move out of this region. I laugh everytime we get a USPS ad served to us. And they wonder why USPS is losing money every year.

I have been dropping packages off and it’s been over 3 times that packages are lost. My mistake is not getting a receipt and just dropping them off at the table they have available but I had never had a problem with other Post Offices anywhere else. I went to ask today and the lame excuse was that small packages get stuck and left behind but eventually they will get scanned, it’s been over a week of packages sitting there to be scanned? That’s unacceptable. I will be finding a different post office from now on.

So unhelpful. I took my printing label on my phone. All she had to do was scan the QR code on it. And she would not do it. She said I needed a QR CODE. The code was on the printing label. It actually had 3 of those codes on my label. I finally took it to the one on Lynwood. And they scanned it for me to print this label out. Honestly this girl did not feel like working today. Thursday at 12:10pm so who ever she is needs to get fired. So useless. She’s the Latina not Asian lady

I Frequent many post offices within the LA region as i own a business and have many packages that need to be shipped. I am also a person with disabilities, an associate of ADA, American Disabilities Association, i am also a trainer for PSD service animals. This location is FEDERALLY breaking the law by denying service to me due to my PSD/Hospital therapy/Fire safety trained service animal being present with me. I have been to this location 3 times and have been denied service all 3 times. The only way i get to be serviced is by asking for gilbert. The next time i am denied service, i am going to place a lawsuit against the associate who denies service to me and the USPS. This is a FEDERAL CRIME! YOU CAN NOT DENY SERVICE TO A PSD SERVICE ANIMAL OR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES. THIS IS NOT OK. YOU WILL BE SUED IF YOU DENY ME SERVICE ANYMORE!
