Not welcoming and I tried to pick up my husband’s mail but forgot my key and she said I couldn’t because he wasn’t on the form but he was the one that opened the mail box. I spoke to the manager he said the same thing as well.

There was a HUGE line of people there waiting to do simple tasks but only one employee attending everyone and she did not even look like she wanted to help. She took her time and even stepped to the back a few times and left us waiting. I didn't even get to pick up my package that their mailman failed to deliver although I was home waiting for it because the line was so long and I went during my lunch time to get it. No knock or notice left until I received a notice that I had to pick up my package before the next day to avoid it being returned to the sender. This place is horrible and unprofessional but most of all it is filthy and disgusting. All in all, I think this place needs someone to come and fix it up or at least hire another person! We are paying these people out of our tax money to have this terrible service? Truly appalling. Get it together USPS!
