  Been working with People Ready for over 20 years. Martha, Sophia, and Ana have been an great addition to our team. They have been able to help fill a lot of long term and even short term hiring needs for us with dependable staff. Many of which have been hired in directly after a few months of working with us. Thank you for your help ladies!

  Shout out to Anna and her team at PEOPLEREADY South Gate!! They are extremely helpful and thoughtful in taking time to help people figure out the problem in either the application or the app on your phone, extremely reliable and communication is excellent!!

  My husband works for People Ready and always gets work whenever he calls the office. They are always attentive and respond on time. They always try to help him out and find jobs for him, especially when he can’t find any. People Ready is the type of company you can expect to always give you jobs when you least expect it. You can always depend on them and they will always try to help you out. They also have a variety of jobs that you can pick from very good company.

  I would strongly advise anyone looking for work to avoid this PeopleReady location or this whole company. After missing my appointment, I called back within an hour to ask if I could still come in or reschedule. The employee I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. She spoke to me in a raised, irritated tone, addressed me by name as if scolding me, and said, “Chris, I already told you Friday!!!” like she was yelling on the top of her lungs. Instead of trying to help or explain options, she made it very clear she did not want to assist me at all. What shocked me most was that she even told me to go to another job agency if I wanted a walk‑in. For a staffing agency to tell someone actively seeking work to go elsewhere is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This interaction felt hostile, discouraging, and disrespectful. If this is how job seekers are treated here, I would not trust this location to actually help people find employment. Management seriously needs to address staff behavior and customer service, because this experience alone is enough to make people take their business elsewhere.

  They were very helpful! I had a little problem and they took the time to help me to fix the problem I was having. Great communication within the branch.
