- CMClinton MudderJan 1, 20261.0I was suffering badly from covid and was told that I could fight the fever by switching between Tylenol and IBUPROFEN so I ordered them to come to my place so I didn't have to go out and risk infecting anyone. Instead of recieving my package I got a not saying my package couldn't be delivered. Even though I felt like I was dieing I went to the post office and because I didn't want the person there to get sick I wore a mask and placed the note on the counter and backed off telling her I had covid so she would know why I was backing away (so I wasn't breathing near her because it's been proven mask don't prevent the spread of covid) and not to touch the note with her bare hands. She went sphycotic abd began screaming at me. I was in so much pain and fear from covid that I don't even know what she was saying other than something about I was in the wrong place. This was very rude of her when I was just trying to be nice. I learned my lesson from that and when I had to go to the urologist I wrote a note telling the gals that I had covid so I wouldn't worry anyone in the waiting room. I walked in quietly and showed the gals at the desk. They laughed and said I looked like a bank robber. Now that is how someone should show customer service to someone who is trying to do the right thing.

It's a small crew but they work fast and are on top of all the outgoing and incoming pkgs every damn day incl Saturday mornings. [Other carriers will deliver here if you use the street address w your box#.]
