The ladies who work here are always friendly and sweet. Best experience out of all the usps’s I’ve been to in the Santa Cruz area.

The location is on the smaller side for a post office but the staff are friendly and make drop offs easy. There's street parking as well as parking directly next to the location which is shared with the nearby park so it can fill up. It's a great option if you're in the area and need to drop off a package or want to avoid going to midtown or downtown Santa Cruz.

P.O. peeps are great. Friendly, diligent, and frankly, friends to the greater Soquel community. Thank you, thank you, for your service.

Beautiful interiors, possibly the most beautiful post office I’ve ever been in. Steps lead up to the main door, accented by wood and archways. Handicap entrance available. They have all the things you need to pack and ship goods! If you’re unsure what to do, just bring in your item to send. If you are a post office know-how, there’s an automated machine so you can skip the line if there is one. There was no line at all when I went at 3PM on a Monday. Calvin was super nice and friendly, helped me with a package even when my address didn’t show up in the system. Plenty of free parking out front!
