Possibly the best postal worker of entire USPS work here! People in front of me had various (uncommon) concerns (verification for mail box, delayed package at another location, etc.). They all were treated so nicely! I didn't get the name but that employee in Gucci eyeglasses listened to all of them patiently and went above and beyond for them.
Mine was just a regular post, but people were given such a cordial treatment -it was impressive!

The ladies who work here are always friendly and sweet. Best experience out of all the usps’s I’ve been to in the Santa Cruz area.

Usually my go to post office because of the friendly service, today however the service was very different and unfriendly. Went between the hours of 345pm and 415pm. No one was at the counter so I rang the service bell, a lady came out from behind, saw me and said "ugh.." and then turned right back to the back area. I was a bit in shock as I have never experienced this type of treatment here so I tried to ignore it and patiently waited another 5 min. The lady came out enough to see me but still ignore me and would go back to whatever she was doing, 2 min after that 2 other customers walked in and asked if I was waiting and I said " yes, I have rang the bell and someone came out, saw me and went back to what she was doing and hasn't came back since"
The 3rd customer was really annoyed when she heard what was happening and went over to the front desk and started ringing the bell multiple times and said " I'm sure she will hear us now"
Finally the employee came back out and very angry said "YES?!!"
I told her I needed to send out a package and she very annoyingly said " packages are left to the side! " I tried to keep a calm voice and said
" I understand but I have a QR code you need to scan "
So then the employee replied " so then your NOT JUST DROPPING OFF"
I didn't respond to her rude attitude I just wanted to get the package out as soon as possible and leave that office.
I hope I don't encounter her again since this is the most convenient post office for me .
