  Been client since late 80’s until just recently. Bought dozens and dozens of hats /sweatshirts from them over the years. Had 18 hats made, 6 cheaper hats with embroidery and 12 more expensive hats with the same embroidery. The cheaper hats came out well but the more expensive hats came out poorly. After bringing the expensive hats back they tried to fix them them but failed and what I got back was “sorry for the quality” but gave no offer of full cash refund. Not going back and can No longer recommend to any one else...
