- TJTiffany JohnsonOct 26, 20251.0Super rude staff, manager is the worst and does nothing. Packages and mail will not be delivered because workers want to sit in their trucks and never get out. Line will take forever because people have to pick up their packages nonstop because the drivers make every excuse to not deliver anything. Horrible they need new management.

- CYCandice YangOct 7, 20251.0We have reported this postal office for FRAUD and MISCONDUCT to the U.S. Postal Office Inspector General (OIG) and Consumer Affairs. From seeing these reviews it is appalling that this has been ongoing. The mail carrier has been tampering with and improperly returning deliverable mail addressed to our residence. The carrier has repeatedly assumed that one of the addressees does not live here and has marked or placed their mail back into the outgoing box for return. When my partner faced the ladies at the counter about what was going on the carrier blamed ME for placing my partners mail in the outgoing mail, then she stated that she kept seeing it in the outgoing mail, and went on to tell him that she assumed he did not live there because his mail kept being returned. Why would my partner and I return important mail that he needs for work? And DMV mail of his drivers license? Why would we do that? This behavior is unacceptable and constitutes mail interference and professional misconduct. The carrier has no authority to make assumptions about residency or to withhold or return mail without an official change-of-address order. Update: I decided to make a label inside our mailbox for our carrier. I listed our names so there wouldn’t be anymore confusion on their end and she decided to doodle happy faces on it. How unprofessional is it to draw on peoples labels? I just don’t understand what is going through these peoples minds.

I was obviously not their customer, because I asked them to hold some packages that were addressed to my house, which they refuse to deliver because I don't have a letter box. In the past they just left packages in roadway. Now they just say my house doesn't exist. I use the PO in Columbia because it always seems the Sonora office staff don't care that much.
- JJJOct 2, 20251.0This post office location is filled with the most hateful, rude and uneducated people i have ever come across. The carriers that work out of this location are the same! I have never witnessed such absurdity in a business before. No matter how many times my neighbors and I have complained up the ladder absolutely nothing happens. Dealing with this location for 15 years. These people must be so miserable in their lives at one point I may have felt some empathy for them but after years and years of rude interactions and packages thrown in the dirt or left in the rain I could care less about these people. Reading all these other reviews is not shocking. This post office needs a hard reset!
