What the heck . I can't send my sister a Christmas gift without it being delivered to a wrong address. Come on people wake up the address is written as plain as day if you can't read it ,then go find a different job ,these employees are suppose to be on the honor system, I think not. I'm thinking they delivered it to their friends instead of who it was suppose to go to. If thats the case I will contact the fraud dept and get them involved to do all background checks on all employees. Now the new carrier realized that the package was delivered to a Vacant mobile home and there's an empty lot next to the mobilehome. The Carrier states when the package is found the carrier will redeliver it to the right address ,if you don't know the area then take your time and look for the right space number .,I never had this issue before

Absolutely horrible customer care, no accountability, essentially impossible to contact unless you physically go to location. Made a complaint that my mail carrier is leaving multiple mailboxes open on our street including mine, after the complaint my box was left open twice in under a week, once leaving all my mail soaked in rain, including my childs letter from her grandparents out of state.

Super rude staff, manager is the worst and does nothing. Packages and mail will not be delivered because workers want to sit in their trucks and never get out. Line will take forever because people have to pick up their packages nonstop because the drivers make every excuse to not deliver anything. Horrible they need new management.

They'll blame you for your package getting stolen by employees in-office. Absolute unforgiveable trash.

We have reported this postal office for FRAUD and MISCONDUCT to the U.S. Postal Office Inspector General (OIG) and Consumer Affairs. From seeing these reviews it is appalling that this has been ongoing. The mail carrier has been tampering with and improperly returning deliverable mail addressed to our residence. The carrier has repeatedly assumed that one of the addressees does not live here and has marked or placed their mail back into the outgoing box for return. When my partner faced the ladies at the counter about what was going on the carrier blamed ME for placing my partners mail in the outgoing mail, then she stated that she kept seeing it in the outgoing mail, and went on to tell him that she assumed he did not live there because his mail kept being returned. Why would my partner and I return important mail that he needs for work? And DMV mail of his drivers license? Why would we do that? This behavior is unacceptable and constitutes mail interference and professional misconduct. The carrier has no authority to make assumptions about residency or to withhold or return mail without an official change-of-address order. Update: I decided to make a label inside our mailbox for our carrier. I listed our names so there wouldn’t be anymore confusion on their end and she decided to doodle happy faces on it. How unprofessional is it to draw on peoples labels? I just don’t understand what is going through these peoples minds.
