Abrasive attitudes. Act like you're an inconvenience or get upset when their lack of training leaves them struggling to accomplish basic tasks.

- IPIrenet Personal5Oct 28, 20195.0Quick service and very helpful staff. I like the two entries because it as for an easier good of traffic. The staff works like a team. When they are crowded, staff come out from the back and help out people with pick ups. I've been there regularly for a couple weeks and their service has been consistently good.

She did not take her time to help us besides yell at us and made us feel stupid. She made me cry. I don't know how people like her with no people skills are allowed to work for our state post office. I do hope she and her coworks learn to do a better job, but by far the WORT customer service ever!!!
