  Takes them 20-30 minutes to find my packages, even things that fit in my mailbox they lie and document I requested the package be held. They also do not confirm identity so they keep releasing my packages to the wrong people.

  I was parked by my mailbox. I saw that there was no mail so I got my phone to check. When I looked up, I noticed the mail jeep. The idiot driver pulled out really fast and started yelling at me. Unfortunately, this made me very angry. I know I shouldn't have but I chased him to the post office and proceeded to cuss at him. This is the 3rd time this idiot has done this. The guy inside, John, wouldn't even talk to me or take my complaint. He proceeded to remind me about how many postal employees get shot which I totally understand. If that idiot driver would have honked his horn, I would have looked up, apologized and backed up out of there. Just because you work for the post office, it doesn't give you the right to be rude and extremely unprofessional. As I mentioned, not the way to go but my wife has complained before and it doesn't seems to help. I forgot to add, they told me they were calling the sheriff to arrest me which is fine. I will take responsibility for my actions in yelling and chasing the sob. It is unfortunate they do not take responsibility for theirs. It is no wonder they have a very low rating.

  Horrible. They refuse to turn a package over to me. The lock for the package box doesn’t work. I told them this morning in person. Their rep actually went out and put the key back in my mail box. Took a video of the lock not working this evening and went back to the post office. They didn’t believe I knew how to use a key so I had them watch the video. Oh, I guess the carrier will have to get it tomorrow they said.

  The postmaster at this location is one of the most horrible, disrespectful, unhelpful, buricratic ignorant people ice ever come across in my entire life. She has ruined my life multiple times but curing off my mail and sending everything back return to sender if I don't check my mail for 7 days. I've told her so many times that go out of town a lot and I've got no one to check it for me. She says she Do sent care and to put it on hold so I do and they don't hold it because she has already deemed my address as vacant so No,matter what I do she just hates me for whatever reason. She is the worst customer service person I've ever had to absolute nightmare of dealing with. She has no concern for peoples lives or bills or presents for my son. My son has type o,e diabetes and she has sent back his medicine before. No matter what I do I can't get my mail with this person working as our post master she should be fired. Other people have told me the same and the other workers have apologized to me for her behavior. I never write these reviews ever but I have had enough of two years of this from her. I've had to just tell people to send everything fed ex or ups so I can actually revive any mail. But when I order from Amazon she just says the place is vacant and sends it back when she knows good an well I'm here I ordered it for myself and refuses to hold it. Ill be contacting her boss and customer service tomorrow this has to stop this is unfair and ruining my life.
