Been calling and they don't answer me. They just hang up on me. Calling in regards of 2 packages that haven't arrived to my home and it's says they been delivered. Not true. 😡

The staff worker Juan is very rude. He throws packages and has a attitude. Trish the post master/manager who runs it is useless and doesn’t do anything about her rude staff members. Many complaints from numerous people with the same experience on a Soledad Facebook group page about this problem, and problems with peoples mail going to different peoples houses. Something needs to be done. They are tampering with peoples important documents and mail out of pettiness. Those saying “I never had bad experiences” are either friends or relatives.

My experience has been the opposite of the people who complained about the employees at the Soledad Post Office. They go out of their way to help me manage my mail while I'm away. I have never had a piece of mail put in the wrong box. Nor have i had someone else's mail put in my box. The employees are some of the best postal workers I've met anywhere. I appreciate the job they are doing.
