  Be careful when shopping here. They put stuff in the wrong spot and when you try to get it at that price they blame it on Apple saying they don’t know why they put it like that. They charge you a way different price hoping you grabbed other stuff and won’t notice.

  Waste of time, understaffed such that I could not place a print order, and manager is “not trained”to ring up orders on the printing system.

  Went to print out about 20 pages of two sided legal paper. One machine was broken, the other was occupied by a group printing a lot. I asked if the print desk could print it out, but she said she would have to charge me 30% more. I talked to the manager and he said the same thing. I asked if he could waive that since the printer was broken and he said “No.” I said, “thanks” and walked out. I’ve spent thousands at this place. No more. Postal Annex in Cardiff now has my print business. Very short sighted. I did not feel appreciated.
