I asked if the print desk could print it out, but she said she would have to charge me 30% more. I talked to the manager and he said the same thing. I asked if he could waive that since the printer was broken and he said “No.” I said, “thanks” and walked out. I’ve spent thousands at this place. No more. Postal Annex in Cardiff now has my print business. Very short sighted. I did not feel appreciated.
