  This has happened to me twice. The first time, I let it pass. But this time, I need to speak up. I had an order from Walmart, and according to the tracking, it was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday (April 22). I left work early and waited, but there was no door buzzer. Instead, the courier marked it as “not delivered due to security reasons” at 12:07 PM. Then an hour later, it was updated again to “attempted delivery,” which is completely inaccurate. By 5:01 PM, the status changed to “available for pickup at the FedEx facility.” So today, I went to pick it up. The box was even labeled “out of town delivery.” Since when is South Albert St. considered out of town in Regina? Very disappointing service. The only positive part of this experience was the staff at the FedEx facility on Tudor St., especially Carina. She was very kind and helpful, and I truly appreciate her assistance. Thank you, Carina, for your help. Glad to know there are still people like you who genuinely care.

  My experience at this FedEx ship centre few days ago was incredibly amazing, the dark skin athletic gentle man by name Jonathan was very professional, patient, and great sales guy. My girl friend and I are both very pleased with the service and the way he resolved our problem. I would recommend a raise for this young man.

  Subject: Concern About Unsafe Delivery Situation Hello, I am writing regarding a recent FedEx delivery on 6March 2025 to my apartment on the 3rd floor. The shipment included a mattress and a bed frame. The driver arrived alone. He delivered the mattress to my door but asked me to help carry the bed frame upstairs. I felt uncomfortable but helped because there was no other option. After lifting the bed frame, I started experiencing stomach pain. I want to clarify that the driver himself was polite and respectful. My concern is about the company's delivery policy. Heavy furniture deliveries should not require customers to assist with lifting, especially when only one driver is assigned. This situation raises an important question: if a customer gets injured while helping with a delivery, who is responsible? I would appreciate clarification about FedEx's policy for heavy deliveries and what protection customers have in situations like this. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  Don’t try calling a local person to get some of your questions answered.Go in person to get your quote ! I have never ever had such terrible customer service and bureaucratic runaround . The 1st thing the 1-800 number wanted me to do was nominate one of the delivery places as exceptional customer service .I won’t waste your time with the rest except tit took me approx 40 minutes to get through to a live person ! UPS had someone answer their phone right away at their local location! I went with UPS !
