  every single time i have ordered for delivery, it had been immediately transferred to pickup. i ordered delivery since im an international student and i live alone with no personal transportation vehicle. i didnt order a huge portable ac to be delivered just to have to go pick it up myself cuz then i could have just gone to the supermarket and lug that thing back on the bus by myself. sometimes packages would be attempted at delivery while im at work and i missed it and i just immediately know imma have to bus an hour outside of the city to go pick up a 6lbs package on my own. whats the point of selecting delivery if you are just gonna have us pick them up instead???

  Same experience as others, waited the whole day for my order only to find a note outside our apartment building. What are they even doing coz they're supposed to deliver and instead they go to the place to leave an undeliverable note without even checking. I'm now forwarding this feedback to Footlocker so they change courier.

  Talked with people over the phone from customer service and had a horrible time but I went in and everyone was super nice and helpful I got my package in 5 minutes but of a pain I paid 250 for delivery and still had to drive and hour to pick up my package but it worked out, the issue is no communication between customer service and the location, many lies were told over the phone but they are an amazing staff that should be appreciated more
