  Customer service was very difficult to deal. Our package has been sitting in Corman Park for 9 days, with a delivery address less than 2 hours away....no updates, still sitting there. Dont pay FedEx to ship a package if you actually expect to receive it

  Worst phone answering service I’ve ever dealt with out of any company. Extremely unprofessional and literally impossible to speak with a human. Really sad that since they know they’re so big and that their business is not in jeopardy they can get away with this terrible customer service.

  I've lost packages twice now because I live in the country and I don't have a "physical" home address 🙄. At least with Canada Post I get my orders!!!!

  Never had an issue getting a delivery. They start out at Corman Park fed ex location before getting to me. I like that I can buzz the delivery driver into the building and they leave it right outside my apartment door. I’ve had other delivery companies not even bother to buzz the door, and just leave a pick up slip which is annoying. Fed ex has never given me headaches or made me wait at home all day, to just not show up or leave a pick up slip without ringing my buzzer. They’re the company I trust most for deliveries. Never had my packages end up at someone else’s door either. That’s an issue I’ve had with other delivery companies though. So fed ex drivers actually take a quick second to verify the apartment number before leaving the package.
