  I’m very upset about the service at this location. I usually get my parcels at pick up location near my house. Not only I had to pick it up at this location but they forgot to give me the second parcel and when I got back I got a notification that second package is still waiting for pick up. Very disappointing customer service.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience with FedEx. I paid $111 to send my personal documents to the US, and the package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. It is now Tuesday, and the tracking information says there is a delay because an invoice is missing. I called customer service, and they told me that if I had the invoice, they could give me an address where I could send it. The problem is, I don’t have an invoice because the package contains only personal documents and nothing else. Honestly, I don’t understand how this happened. Isn’t FedEx supposed to handle the required shipping documentation? I paid $111 expecting my important documents to be delivered on time, and instead, my package has been delayed because of an issue that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. These are important personal documents, and I really hope they arrive safely and are not lost. After paying this much for shipping, I expected much better service.

  What a dumb location. Many of us dont drive this is VERY VERY INCONVENIENT. I am never using crappy fed ex ever again. Youre the worst.

  Customer service was very difficult to deal. Our package has been sitting in Corman Park for 9 days, with a delivery address less than 2 hours away....no updates, still sitting there. Dont pay FedEx to ship a package if you actually expect to receive it
