I am going to register a complaint about a postal worker that's out of this station here on this page because nobody seems to answer the phone over there. There is a postal worker that regularly visits the Jack in the Box on the corner of Yosemite/Los Angeles ave. He is a big Hispanic male with a loud booming voice, that seems to think it's okay to blurt out obnoxious crude things. I don't know his name but his truck/van that he gets in and out of is #8217844.
He yelled out, "I'm a man!" when responding to people saying postal worker or postman. Continuing with, "...but nowadays you have to be politically correct because of these blue holes."
Needless to say he didn't know he's standing in front of a lesbian couple that happens to have a transgender adult daughter. I find it completely obnoxious & shocking behavior for a postal worker and to be so comfortable being so offensive out in public.

Only two windows are open. You have to stand in line for half an hour.

I had to find out how to make another review (couldn’t get into other account) because I am beyond frustrated and exhausted by this situation, which never should have escalated to this point. I had a package intercepted for safety reasons. This was a private matter that I handled correctly, professionally, and entirely through the proper USPS channels. I paid for the interception and followed every required step. Despite this, the mail carrier behaved in a completely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. Instead of respecting my privacy, she began calling people around my complex, including individuals who no longer even work here, and discussing my personal business. This information then made its way to my mother-in-law, who should never have been involved or informed in any capacity.
There was absolutely no reason for her to contact former employees, neighbors, or anyone outside the postal system to discuss or inquire about me or my mail. This was not her place, and it was a serious breach of privacy. This behavior felt less like due diligence and more like gossip. Because of her actions, I was forced to explain an already stressful and sensitive situation to my mother-in-law, despite the matter having been properly handled and resolved. That should never have happened. My personal mail and personal circumstances are not community discussion topics. This needs to stop. I cannot tolerate my private information being shared or discussed under the guise of postal work. The conduct displayed here was highly unprofessional, inappropriate, and unacceptable.
